Miss_butterfly, Sweden

A 37-year-old mum who’s always loved 1950s and 1940s rockabilly. I’ve been on a major weight-loss journey, which has given me the confidence to try my hand at the pin-up look. To dare to dress up, do my hair and wear make-up. The big step was standing in front of the camera and making my debut in Miss Winter 2026. I have four children: three full-time and one at the weekend. Married and happy.

Motivation: Wow, I want to be Miss Västerås Summer Meet 2026 to prove to myself that I’m good enough and that I can and dare to challenge myself. I want to give myself a bit of self-confidence and self-esteem.

Miss Mallory Sunrise, Sweden

My name is Miss Mallory Sunrise, I’m 27 years old and I’m Närke’s contribution to classic glamour with a modern twist. I love the style of the 1930s and 1940s in both clothes and cars. Classic cars with a powerful engine roar are my weakness.

I live in a house with my partner, our 1½-year-old daughter and two cats who undoubtedly consider themselves the real stars of the show.

I’m always on the lookout for adventure and challenges, which has led me to take a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, specialising in language, rhetoric and communicative leadership, and I now work as a business development manager.

Although the saying usually goes, ‘third time lucky’, I now hope that ‘fourth time lucky’ applies to me. So that I FINALLY get the chance to compete as one of the finalists for Miss Västerås Summermeet 2026.

Motivation: For me, the modern pin-up is a tribute to the elegance of the past and the strong woman of today. It’s about personality, attitude and the courage to dare to be yourself.

It has also become an expression of sisterhood among us women in the culture. Getting to meet the other girls and create an unforgettable day would really have been something to look forward to. It would be an honour to have the chance to compete for the title of “Miss Västerås Summer Meet 2026”.

Miss Fireflame, Sweden

A cheerful and lively Granny

Who loves the pin-up style in all its forms. My home has a 50s and 60s vibe, but I drive a car from the 40s.

I live just outside Rättvik with my children, my partner, our cats and our dog.

I love trawling through flea markets and auctions.

I work in healthcare and the emergency services.

I’m a cheerful person with a twinkle in my eye who always speaks my mind; people might think I’m bitchy until they get to know me and realise that I’m caring, have a big heart and am always there for everyone around me.

Reason: Just taking part is fun, but winning would be brilliant.

Even a granny with saggy boobs should be able to love herself and dare to show it.

Miss Cherry Charm, Sweden

My name is Anna Sahren; my pin-up name is Miss Cherry Charm. I’m fairly new to this, but I think it’s incredibly fun.

I’m 25 years old and currently live in Orsa with my family.

It’s so much fun travelling to these events and meeting fun and friendly people.

To represent Summer Meet would be a great honour, as I’m passionate about the unique sense of community here. I want to be a positive ambassador who inspires others to step out and show off their style, whether they’re new to the hobby or have been part of it for decades. For me, Västerås is the heart of summer, and I want to help make this year’s meet an unforgettable celebration.

Miss Lola Rose, Sweden

I’m a 29-year-old woman living just outside Sala, where I run a farm with my partner and our two daughters. When I’m not out in the barn, I’m studying agricultural economics at SLU and doing some part-time work in banking.

Motivation: For me, it’s about showing that strength and femininity can coexist, that intelligence and glamour aren’t at odds, and that my rural side isn’t a limitation but part of my character.

VOTE

Sparkling Saga Divine, Finland

I am a hard-working woman who loves the 1950s vibe. I work as a consultant in public procurement. I don’t just dress up for the occasion; I live and breathe 1950s culture with every fibre of my being.

Motivation: As Miss Summer Meet 2026, I can show that you won’t get anywhere unless you take the first step and believe in yourself.

I also want to step out of my comfort zone to improve my language skills, my public speaking, and, above all, to believe in myself.

Miss Moniq Mystic, Sweden

Miss Moniq Mystic is trying her luck again in 2026, hoping to take to the stage in Västerås once more.

I’ve been living this style, both in everyday life and at parties, since the late 1990s; for me, it’s not just a fashion fad, but a lifestyle I love, which varies slightly depending on where I’m going, what I’m doing, and how I’m feeling that day. I have a soft spot for the 1940s to the mid-1950s; the old-style look and the glamorous Hollywood style are what make my heart beat a little faster. My collection of clothes, accessories, shoes and jewellery, which I’ve acquired over the years, is medium-sized, I’d say, and consists of things I use and cherish dearly. It’s not hoarding if your stuff is good…

I was brought up and taught to be a confident, independent and strong woman – for example, if you’re going to ride a moped, you should be able to look after it yourself; then it was a matter of learning to look after the car as well. My latest enthusiast car was a 1957 Pontiac Chieftain, so I’m just as happy standing in the garage tinkering with something as I am whipping up a meal, or repairing the soles of a pair of shoes.

This is a competition that encompasses so many different styles and influences, and every woman taking part has her own style. We contestants are friends both on and off stage, we have fun, and the sense of community is incredible.

Motivation: To show that Miss Summer Meet 2026 can be won by a woman regardless of size and age.

Miss Sweet Kiss, Sweden

Here’s Miss Sweet Kiss!😍 A real bundle of energy at the ripe old age of 29! In my day job, I work as an excavator operator and get up to mischief with my little son Teodor, who’s two and a half. In the summer, he and I usually drive around in our 1958 Chevrolet.

Motivation: I’d like to win Miss Summer Meet not just to boost my own confidence, but also to show other women just how fun and exciting our culture actually is, with the warm sense of community and friendship that’s built up! I want to win for every woman out there who still doesn’t dare to take that final step and sign up for a pin-up competition!

Helmi Hilla, Finland

I’m a cheerful and sociable farm hostess in my 40s who loves country life. In my day-to-day life, I train dogs and look after the farm’s animals – sheep and cows. I’m just as comfortable in riding boots as I am in a vintage dress, and I love taking a spin in my 1959 Ford Ranch Wagon. With a smile, I spread joy, pin-up charm and a touch of rockabilly wherever I go.

Motivation: I want to be Miss Summer Meet 2026 because I love the culture surrounding classic cars and vintage style. For me, Summer Meet is about joy, community and a passion for a timeless lifestyle. I want to spread positive energy and genuine pin-up charm.

Miss Anneliberg, Sweden

I’ve been living in the forests of Värmland for a while now, having grown up just outside Örebro. There, I work part-time at our ICA Nära shop and part-time in marketing. I’ve always stood out with my style, and despite the ICA uniform, customers can tell I’ve got a bit of a Rockabilly vibe. My interest in cars is both deep and wide-ranging, so I’m just as likely to turn up in a Golf GTI, a Volvo 240 or a Buick. And I really love cruising, drifting and lowriders. As well as cars, I’m just as interested in clothes and styling, so I love buying genuine retro clothes, and my husband and I usually like to match each other in patterns or colours at meet-ups. Our home is also decked out in 50s–70s knick-knacks and orange-blomstered curtains.

Reason: I’ve been going to Västerås every year since I was 17 – it’s the best meet-up! I’ve always tagged along to the competitions and been asked so many times why I don’t enter myself. So last year I decided to give it a go and received such an incredibly positive response from everyone I know and the customers at the shop where I work. So this year we’re all excited that I’ll finally be on stage and get to be part of that wonderful community. It looks like such great fun, and having the chance to help design next year’s items would, of course, be a huge honour.

Miss Daydream, Denmark

I am a lively and inspiring person who embraces life with a pin-up aesthetic that combines glamour and playfulness. My creative outfits and colourful accessories reflect my unique style and love of vintage fashion. I have a natural ability to make people feel good around me, and my charm and confidence shine through in everything I do.

As Miss Daydream, I am not only a style icon but also an ambassador for pin-up culture, striving to inspire others to embrace their individuality and beauty. I love taking part in both everyday and festive events, where I always bring a fun and celebratory energy.

Becoming Miss Summer Meet 2026 will not just be a title for me, but also a chance to inspire, influence and celebrate the joyful pin-up culture I love so much.

I want to show that beauty comes in many shapes and sizes, and that confidence and personality are the most attractive qualities.

And to show that Denmark can be in the game too.

Miss Annie May, Sweden

A rock “n” roll girl from the forests outside Falun. I practically grew up in an old 1967 Scania Vabis, which my family had converted into a motocross bus. We often travelled around in it – to motocross training sessions and competitions all over central Sweden and beyond – and we spent our summer holidays in it, both at home and on camping trips. That’s also where my interest in music grew; we often played older rock ’n’ roll. The Boppers became a big favourite of mine. Now as an adult, I love retro style, old cars and going to rockabilly gigs to dance the night away. I’ve just bought a house, in an old country style, where my dream of a houndstooth-patterned floor in the kitchen has come true! I’m looking forward to filling the house with a mix of country, retro and rock styles.

I’ve always been passionate about showing that everyone is wonderful just as they are, as I know that so many people, just like me, grew up hearing the exact opposite.

Sweetiepieohmy, Finland

Here is Tanja (Sweetiepiohmy) from Finland, with a happy smile on her face. My fiery style and gentle, sweet nature make people around me feel good. Pin-up is a way of life for me, and it’s where I can be myself. Entering this competition is a big deal for me and pushes me to surpass myself.

I ask myself why I should win Miss Summer Meet 2026; I trust in the moment and live it authentically. I hope to create a sense of love and genuine humanity around me and thereby be a role model for those who believe that even the impossible can be made possible by daring to take the leap.

Josefin Diamond, Sweden

I’m a lively, cheerful 40-year-old girl from Dalarna!

Rockabilly culture has meant and still means so much to me – that’s where I belong!

Everything to do with the 1940s to 1960s.

My home is decorated in that style, and I love hunting for more bits and bobs at car boot sales.

In the summer, it’s all about car meets. It’s absolutely wonderful – such a sense of community.

I also compete sometimes; I’ve competed in Västerås before and it’s a meet-up I love.

I’ve met so many friends through this event.

Incidentally, I’m also a mum of three – a teenager and two adults – and I’ll be a qualified teaching assistant in June, though I also work in childcare and healthcare.

Helping other people is something I’m passionate about.

Hope to see you this summer.

Reasoning: I’ve competed in your competition before and had the honour of coming second and third, which I’m incredibly happy and grateful for; however, it would be absolutely wonderful to have the chance to take home first place as well and add it to my trophy shelf here.

And to represent you and be your public face for a year would be absolutely wonderful and amazing.

I love inspiring other girls to be brave, regardless of age, size or background. Everyone should give this a go!

Lady Cherryred, Sweden

A 32-year-old girl from Dalarna who grew up in Noppikoski out in Finnmark.

I’m a mum and a qualified car mechanic, but I’ve been stuck at a petrol station for the last 12 years, so I suppose I must be happy there.

My home is starting to look more and more like a museum; my modern friends scream in horror, but I’m jumping for joy whenever I get to lug home bits and bobs from the 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s.

I’ve found great joy in sewing my own vintage clothes; I’ll soon have no more room in my wardrobe. I’ve also got a bit of an obsession with jewellery. My son is fed up with the sound of the sewing machine and the mess I make when I’m working on my projects.

Who wouldn’t want to be Miss Västerås Summer Meet? For me, it would be an honour to grace the event sign and all the promotional material, as Summer Meet really is the highlight of the year. That’s when our family trip begins, taking the 49 down to Öland. The start of summer for me. And besides, my son would really see that Mum is actually quite cool.

Miss SunSourire, Sweden

My name is Miss SunSourire, and I’m a girl from Dalarna living in little Turbo, just outside Hedemora. I live there with my husband and two furry little balls who meow every now and then.

At the moment I work as a security guard, but I used to be a lorry driver. I’m naturally curious and like to try new things, which perhaps explains why I’m just as comfortable in work boots as I am in high heels.

I grew up in the culture, so for me it’s always been about more than just cruising, stylish looks and the roar of engines. It’s the sense of community that keeps you coming back – a world full of laughter, warmth and lovely people.

I’d describe myself as a modern pin-up, with an interest in all things vintage and retro. Everything from Old Hollywood glamour to proper rockabilly.

The most important thing for me is to show that pin-up is about joy, self-confidence and daring to take your place exactly as you are.

Motivation: I want to become Miss Summer Meet 2026 so that I can continue to spread the joy and sense of community that this culture has given me throughout my life. For me, the title isn’t just about a crown, but about representing a culture where everyone has a place, dares to be themselves and lifts each other up. I want to be a role model who shows that pin-up doesn’t have a template – it’s about charisma, personality and carrying yourself with pride, whether you’re on a stage or in a car park on a cruising night.

Miss KathyCupcake, Norge

I am a 36-year-old woman (in two weeks’ time) living in Northern Norway who expresses myself through colourful clothes and the nostalgic mid-century style.

My whole life has been shaped by music and entertainment. I played the piano at the Arts School and the clarinet in the school band. When the time came to apply for sixth form, I chose the drama course. This led to further training and then 12 years working at a theatre in Nittedal, and six years ago I moved north to Harstad, where I work in the administration of the municipality’s cultural department. I love being creative and life both on and off stage. My absolute favourite thing to do is travel to London and see as many musicals and shows as I can, naturally interspersed with plenty of shopping.

I’ve admired the retro style for a long time, but I had no idea, when I bought my first retro dress, just how deeply I’d end up embracing the style. For me, it started with clothes, then developed into make-up, hair, accessories, music, furniture, and it’s just snowballed from there. If I won the lottery, I know exactly what I’d spend the money on: buying a house from the 1930s or 1940s and restoring it to its former glory, and of course a matching vehicle! (Fingers crossed)

My journey was initially purely aesthetic from a distance, then came the first time I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and into the pin-up lifestyle. In 2018, I took part in a makeover and photoshoot with Cherry Dollface from the US, in Oslo, as well as a hair and make-up workshop. Now I’m almost embarrassed by those first photos, because I had no idea what I was doing and didn’t have the highest self-confidence in the world. But little did I know what that was the start of. The following year, I pushed my comfort zone even further. I booked a boudoir shoot in Gothenburg with Tigz Rice, but with hair and make-up by Miss Victory Violet. This was a big deal and I remember gaining so much confidence. I, as a plus-size girl, could look so good in the final result. I couldn’t quite understand that the confidence I gained from it had always been inside me, and I’m constantly working on bringing that feeling to the surface. From this experience, I decided to keep pushing my comfort zone and really embrace the vintage and pin-up style.

This led me to apply as a contestant for Miss Pinup Norway the year I turned 30, where I became a finalist. I went in with the aim of meeting new people with the same interests and having fun – and I won. This was followed by two years (2024 and 2025) as a finalist in the Midnight Sun Pinup Competition in Finland, where I came second in both years and was crowned Miss Congeniality. Incredible experiences, and it has given me a large network of other pin-ups in Scandinavia.

A highlight of my pin-up life was travelling to Las Vegas in 2025 and experiencing Viva Las Vegas. The cars, the people, the shopping, the entertainment, the moments and the atmosphere were completely unique, and something I really recommend to anyone with these interests, if their budget allows.

My pin-up journey and lifestyle are based on finding myself, constantly developing, and enjoying the simple pleasures of everyday life. Some days come easily, and on others I have to work extra hard at it.

Miss Black & White, Sweden

A mum of three who loves the contrast between the hustle and bustle of A&E and the tranquillity of my garden, where I grow everything edible.

If you can’t find me there, I’ll be in the kitchen, as I love creating magic with good food and drink – it’s a huge part of my life.

My heart beats a little faster for the pin-up style and old American cars – I sold my beloved 1965 Cadillac DeVille ‘The Black Pearl’ to make my dream home a reality, but the dream of a new convertible lives on.

Otherwise, I spend my free time with my children, my dogs and working out.

I love the pin-up style, the music and the sense of community. Getting to meet others who share the same interests.

I believe this can lead to personal development and help me regain my self-confidence after a tough time.

It would be an honour to win the title in 2026.

Miss Beth Rose, Sweden

I am a cheerful and sociable woman, aged 55+, who lives with my partner just outside Enköping. I love 1950s culture – the clothes, the music, the cars and the sense of community. My partner and I drive a 1956 Buick Special and a 1958 Century, and we visit as many car shows as we can during the season.

I work in a hospital and have many interests, including exercise, gardening, clothes/vintage, flea markets and classic car fairs. I collect gnomes and vintage Easter eggs, have an interest in animals, and of course love driving my 1956 Buick Special during the season.

Motivation: For a woman with an interest in vintage and classic cars, there is no age limit. Winning Miss Summer Meet 2026 is a great honour, and to represent the female pin-up style and to be able to represent the highlight of the summer

Celine von Noir, Sweden

39 years old, a twinkle in my eye and a love of vintage. My wardrobe is ready for both the catwalk and cruising.

It’s been a while since I stood on stage as a contestant, but I haven’t been sitting idle. I’ve both organised and sat on the judging panel at pin-up competitions, and I’ve also had the pleasure of taking part as a contestant before – so I know how much fun it is to be up there on stage.

My goal now is to have a really good time on stage together with the girls💃

I promise smiles and a little show

I hope I get to join in!

I want to take part in Miss Summer Meet 2026 for the experience, the camaraderie and to show off my style. Winning would be fun, but just getting into the competition is a win in itself.

Miss Ella Lou, Sweden
