Drive in wedding and christening

To be married, renew your marrige or get christening on Västerås Summer Meet is both simple and atmospheric. Its good if you tell us before you are coming but its not necessary, come like you are. We have the priest, good music and a non alcoholic sparkling  toast, just waiting for you and you family. The good atmosphere is by the house of Västerås Summer Meet and the audience.

The Church of Sweden also has its own stage down at Elbakajen where the popular Rockabilly band the High-Jacks will perform. The High-Jacks were formed in 2004 as a backing band for rockabilly and country queen Wanda Jackson. The band soon established itself as one of our most popular bands in the genre and in 2006 they won the award as the best Rockabilly band in the Country-SM. Over the years, they have toured extensively and acquired a loyal fan base in several countries.

In previous years, High Jacks have been at the drive-in weddings during Summer Meet.
